- → Floating of RFQ to suppliers
- → Getting quotes from suppliers.
- → Assessment of quotes recd from suppliers
- → Negotiation and price finalization with supplier.
- → Presenting final business case along with options to the customer.
Contractual Finalization
- → To Assist our customers in finalizing the legal contracts with supplier.
- → Product liability and insurance cover issues are also looked after.
Audit/ Improvement of Suppliers
- → Audit of supplier as per customer request as per TS-16949 / VDA6.3.
- → Reporting Audit results to customer and implementation of improvement plan for NCs on formal request of customer.
Project Management
- → APQP launch
- → Reverse Engg / Alternate RM to be used
- → Providing Technical help to suppliers during development.
- → Acting as interface between customer/ supplier thus creating common platform of understanding.
- → IMDS.
- → PSW run at supplier end.
- → PPAP submission normally level 3 to customer.
- → PSW approval.
- → Capacity verification.
- → Start of SOP.
- → Run@Rate study.
Logistics & Packaging Finalization
- → Finalization of packaging(How goods to be shipped from supplier to customer).
- → LCL/FCL shipments.
- → Fumigated/ HT wooden pallets.
Life cycle management of Product
- → Managing supplies as per schedule.
- → Looking into quality issues.
- → Deployment of POKA YOKE techniques in mass production.
- → SPC analysis maintaining standard Ppk 1.67 and Cpk 1.33.
- → Ensuring on time right qtys of supplies to customer.
